The HouseHunt Content Network offers free web content for you and your clients' real estate needs. Good content for your web page and mailed materials encourages customers to return to you for their real estate needs. By choosing to use any of the materials available from The HouseHunt Content Network you are agreeing to the terms of this agreement.

Our content is free to use as you wish in its original format, unedited. All logos and/or hyperlinks must remain as they are set up in these content pieces. You may not use these content pieces as part of a spam network. If you would like to customize these content pieces, that services is available for a small additional fee. Any fees charged for customized content pieces are non-refundable, and pricing may be changed without advanced notice to the user.

By allowing you to use this provided content, you are not receiving a license or any other rights. This includes intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of HouseHunt, Inc. You have no rights to the services or other HouseHunt, Inc property except as outlined in this agreement. Free content over six months old is automatically removed from the server. Saved custom content will remain in the system for six months after our last update.

Privacy
HouseHunt, Inc wants to respect your privacy and be completely safe and secure. We make every effort to do so. Customer information is shared with other divisions, subsidiaries, and affiliates of our company, and with third parties only as permitted by law. As is permitted by law, we may share your personal information if necessary to comply with the law, enforce this policy, or to protect our company or its users.





Security
HouseHunt uses a Secure Socket Layer (SSL), 128-but encryption and a secure internal computer network to protect your personal information. We cannot completely guarantee the security of your information, but this encryption is a powerful deterrent to your information getting stolen or intercepted.

Passwords
When you register for HouseHunt, Inc, you will create a user name and password to access your account. You are responsible for keeping that information private. We are not responsible in any way, and will not be liable to you or to any third party if you do not comply with the terms of this paragraph.
